LossIntel Inc. ("ClaimRestored," "we," "us," or "our") operates claimrestored.com and the ClaimRestored platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

- Account registration: name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Claim information: property address, policy number, carrier name, loss date, damage descriptions, photos, and supporting documents you upload.
- Communications: messages you send us via email, chat, or our contact form.
- Payment information: billing name, address, and payment card details (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store raw card numbers).
Information collected automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visit, referring URL, and device identifiers.
- Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, analytics cookies (Google Analytics), and preference cookies. See Section 7 for details.
- Usage data: features accessed, reports generated, and interaction patterns within the platform.
Information from third parties
- Publicly available Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) Civil Remedy Notice (CRN) records used to benchmark your claim.
- FEMA and SBA disaster-declaration data used for eligibility checks.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the ClaimRestored platform and AI-powered claim analysis.
- Process payments and send transaction confirmations.
- Send transactional emails (account verification, report delivery, status updates).
- Send marketing communications, with your consent, which you may opt out of at any time.
- Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations, including Florida DFS requirements and applicable federal law.
- Aggregate and anonymize data for research and product improvement (no individually identifiable information is included in aggregated datasets).
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR / CCPA)
For users in the European Economic Area or California, our legal bases for processing include: contract performance (to provide services you requested), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security, product improvement), legal obligation (regulatory compliance), and consent (marketing communications, non-essential cookies).
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), AWS / Railway (infrastructure), Google Analytics (analytics), Intercom (customer support chat). Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
- Professional referrals: If you request a referral to a licensed Florida public adjuster or attorney, we share your contact information and claim summary with your explicit consent.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of ClaimRestored, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same protections described here.
5. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Claim documents and AI analysis reports are retained for 7 years after claim closure, consistent with Florida insurance documentation requirements. You may request deletion of your account at any time; certain data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security controls including: TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive fields, bcrypt password hashing, multi-factor authentication options, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies
We use the following categories of cookies:
- Essential: Required for the platform to function (session management, authentication). Cannot be disabled.
